Great product!
If this is your first time with this product, I would advise to take the 3 gels at different times of the day. One after breakfast, then one at or two a lunch.

Very good supplement, it's just quite a bit more expensive than others that work the same. So I did some research and found a very similar one that’s more affordable for me.
