After programmed will it immediately go into its video/picture after being powered on? I dont want a start up screen with manuf. logo or anything.

The projector will display the videos/pictures that you add to the memory card; no advertising it only takes a few seconds until the 'fan' is spinning fast enough to properly form the image.

If I buy 2 fans and put them next to each other, is there a way to combine the images to get a larger picture? I know some models can do it.

yes, 2 or more as well. You can make a whole wall of them chain together. The seller has the information on how this is done ~V

how doi get the 3d image centered on the fan. Mine seems to only be on approx half with green filling the rest.?

If it is showing you the preloaded images that came in the machine with green zones, then you have an LED failure. HOWEVER, if you are only seeing this with original images/animations you are creating to put in the fan, then you must follow the directions in order have an image that fit into the device parameters predetermined to be 1000x1000 pixels; THEN you must convert that file using the software provided to you within the card that came with the fan ~V~
