Wall Plate Come with L35°/R35 ° Wedge for Nest Hello, Compatible with Nest Hello Doorbell, Plastic Material Adjustment Mounting Wall Plate Wedge Kit（White）

It works great. The backplate is large enough to span two sections of the siding which allows the backplate, angle pieces, and camera to be level and stable. The angle pieces fit snuggly on the backplate. Also, the angle pieces hold and lock in the Nest Hello/Google Doorbell (wired) eliminating the need to use the factory mounting hardware. I cannot comment on durability as it was just recently installed. However, I have had similar mounts in the past that have lasted years in hot and humid summers, cold and snowy winters, etc.

This kit includes a nice 3-1/4" x 6-3/32" wall plate, but it is not required for the installation of the 35 degree wedge included with the kit. The wall plate would be useful to hide any large holes from a previous doorbell (or any extra holes from a botched nest hello installation) where you didn't want to patch the holes.The 35 degree wedge is a perfect replacement for the mount that comes with the nest. The kit includes a left and right wedge. They are marked (faintly) on the inside, but it's easier to just make sure the small release hole is on the bottom to tell left from right. It took me 5 minutes to remove the original nest mount (with 15 degree wedge) and replace it with the new 35 degree wedge. The angle is perfect for my doorbell with is mounted on a side wall (90 degrees to the door).My original nest mount was silver. I bought the white kit and it looks fine. It's low profile, but it does make the angled outside edge of the nest hello stand out an extra half inch from the wall. Not an issue for me.

It works quite well I had a funky hole in the house that I have The doorbell that was on it left the gouging hole when I pulled the whole doorbell off. So long story short I bought this to cover up that ugliness. It doesn't nice It looks like it was part of the nest doorbell. Overall I'm very pleased with the look. And you can slightly add it to an angle and tilt which is nice. Definitely buy it if you're looking for something for your nest doorbell.

My Next Hello doorbell had to be mounted on the wall perpendicular to the door, so I needed to mount it at an angle. The angle mount that comes with the doorbell kinda worked, but it just wasn't enough. This wedge mount is EXACTLY the right angle for my situation.As far as fit and function, it took me about 5 minutes to install. The tabs that retain the doorbell fit precisely and securely. The holes aligned perfectly with the Nest factory holes, so no new holes needed to be drilled into the brick. The white even matches the white on the doorbell! I am very happy with this so far. The only thing I can't review is durability, but I can't imagine that being a problem. Will update after I've had it for a long time.

We would have given it 5 out of 5, but no instructions. Took a few minutes to realize that it is the same interlock so you put the solid piece of the plate. After we realized that, we proceeded to use the wrong 35 degree piece and had to reinstall it again so the best would be right side up. Other than that, it looks great, gives us a better view, and covers a stucco hole that was covered by our last doorbell.

We purchased a few angled wedges for our Google Nest 1st generation wired doorbell to evaluate,In terms of effort to install, this is probably the easiest one.Although, we didn't end up using it for a few reasons.1. You can use the original case to securely hold the camera. Based on one customer's review, it just cracks when you push the doorbell in since the housing unit is made of plastic compared to metal in the original factory one. We're located in a direct sun area, and given the fact people would press the doorbell in an angled wedge, we'd prefer something more solid.2. when it first came, it is missing the right wedge, we got a replacement, and it came with 2 wedges, left and right as described. So if you do order this, and receive the one you don't need, make sure to ask for replacement. Otherwise, your doorbell will be up side down when it's installed.

It would be great if you had two sets of screws in the kit, the current size and a longer set. Other than that, this is a great product!!

The media could not be loaded. Package came in late but I was in no rush. It took me about 5 minutes to install, it has all the parts required for the installation as well. Highly recommend if your door is at an angle. Also, it comes with different parts (left and right angle, and also a center one) so it could literally be installed anywhere

A little confusing at first on the set up, but now we get to see a bit more of who's approaching from the road instead of just the door.
