We like Jiffy because of the size and the quality. Is very tasty and easy to bake.

Could not find this locally. This muffin mix makes good pancakes, waffles, dump cakes, cookies and muffins.

I liked the size and value.

I love this product just the plain corn muffins and received raspberry 🤬

This is similar to other Jiffy products. The package makes 6 standard size muffins, or fewer if you make bigger muffins. I like the flavor. The tops are crispy, and the texture is somewhat coarse compared to other brands. These are not overly sweet. You need one egg and 1/4 cup of milk to make them.

Very light and fluffy with bid raspberry favor

I grew up eating these cornbread muffins. They are easy to make.

It tasted strange and I couldn't figure out why until I read the ingredients. They use lard. I'm not a hundred percent sure but I think that lard is not used in packaged muffin mix or cake mixes made in Canada for health reasons. I find it disturbing that a company would be using lard instead of vegetable shortening in 2024. Very unhealthy and the taste is disgusting.
