It is OEM part and everything is fine. But i do not understand Amazon pricing. I bought 3 of these for $14 per piece, 2 weeks later Amazon jacked the price to $72 per piece!!! This is 600% increased. And those are obsolete parts they fit some of the 2007,2008 and 2009 Amana PTAC's. In 2010 amana started to use different type of heater for their PTAC's.
