The ginger is aromatic and the taste lasts through the whole drink. It a little bite but very small so you don't feel like you have to grab another drink to soothe your mouth. Also a very nice sweetness balanced.

If you have stomach problems or like the taste of ginger this is an AWESOME product. I have had an ulcer and needed something that will help me not be sick in the mornings. I drink this everyday and it keeps my stomach issues away!!! I love the taste and since I can’t drink coffee either it satisfies that craving for a hot drink in the morning. If someone you know is going through chemotherapy its great for that nausea too!!!

Very good drink. It has such a good flavor that I use one packet for my teapot and get about three cups from one packet.

I purchased this tea thinking I was purchasing just plain, unflavored ginger tea. I have asthma and frequently suffer from asthamatic bronchitis. I researched natural remedies for coughing, and ginger tea was mentioned several times in my search results. After I received the package and realized that "sachets" referred to foil packets, not tea bags (as some tea bags are frequently referred to), and that the drink wasn't a tea bag at all, but an instant mix, I hesitated to try it and thought seriously about returning. However, all that being said, I bit the bullet and gave it a shot. I was very pleasantly surprised. The drink is flavorful, satisfying, and most important, contains the ginger "kick" that contains the medicinal remedy I was looking for. I figure at 80 calories a wack, I can have a cup in the morning upon arriving at the office and a cup mid-afternoon for that pick-me-up. Still beats my Starbucks drink in calories and cost. I only gave 4 starts because sugar is also added. I wish the drink were simply ginger and honey.

Nice and potent with a hint of sweetness. I primarily use this for stomach upset, or when I have a cold. But it tastes so good, sometimes I will just have a cup along with some tea and lemon on a cold morning. Very good for you, and doesn’t contain anything unhealthy or questionable like some others. This is the only brand I’ve bought for years and I am so glad Amazon carries it now!

Will buy again and again

I'm really glad I can find them back here if our grocery ever stops offering them again. Sweet and spicy, 70 cal a cup, but also a perfect additive to coffee for half a bag. Or, if you are in the mood for romantic sweetness : pour one cup of boiling water, use up one bag, split into two cup and fill the other half of each with some milk froth topped with sparkling gold sugar. It's delicious and comforting.

My mom loves this stuff. We where finding it in stores. But recently we couldn't. It helps her stomach. We tried other things but nothing compared. So I found it on here and order her a lot.
