Not good quality at all, JYETech oscilloscope is amazing though!
I was excited at first to see the box relitivly well packed but as I started taking everything out I started to see many issues. I knew in the description that the solar panel could have some "scratches" because its refurbished. It may not show up well in the pictures but it's been covered in a thick, very badly cut, hot glued for "waterproofing" plastic (or cheap acrylic) and there are scratches under the plastic that are revealing a metallic layer. The diodes, electrolytic and ceramic capacitors were not labeled. Not like it's a huge deal but it would be nice to at least write on the already small bags with sharpie like many other electronic kits I've purchased like this one. The ICs are tossed into the led box. Also the transistor box once I opened it revealed there was a different sticker on this box before the current one and it was half way torn off and they slapped theirs right on top. The PCB boards were covered in a powder and looking at them under a lamp, I can see humps in the solder pads. Compared to a generally low priced PCB assortment I bought from Amazon not long ago, these aren't nearly as good. I was disappointed to see most of my 3mm LEDs are bad. Particularly the red ones. Every color has bubbles in the colored plastic but the red were formed way wrong. Most had the led or the leads at its base exposed. Three of my potentiometer cases were so loose they almost fell off. This review in NO WAY reflects how I feel about the JYETech oscilloscope included in the kit! This is my second JYE and I love it even more than the first! That's the only redeemable item worth the price i think. Although i would have got this version of the oscilloscope stand alone if I knew this kit was going to be like this. After throwing the various items into a component tester, I will keep them all to the side for experiments that I don't mind if they blow or don't work. They don't seem to be that close to their printed value.... some LEDs weren't even recognized and all my other LEDs have no problem being tested no matter the color or size. Overall I wouldn't purchase this unless it's for beginners or children getting into electronics because I don't trust any of the values that are displayed on the items (because of the test results) and I don't trust that it won't fail at any second.

It is great for beginners. I would recommend getting a breadboard with this kit.
