I was in a terrible motorcycle accident and broke some fingers. This hand exerciser is one of the hand exercises that are used at the rehab facility that I go to. It is helping my fingers heal and get stronger.

Very nice medium grade excersize ball. I have trigger finger and this product I'd helping with the healing process.

The squeeze ball works great, although for me with hand and wrist surgery, it works best for my rehab, ( My thumb was slightly moved at the joint, so, I can't use the rubber extension for my thumb). Every rubber extension for my fingers work Great!

Keep 2 by my bed. Use 4 or 5 times a week. Keeps synovial fluid going in my joint. Relieves pain, keeps mobility.

I bought this after I had rotator cuff surgery. I developed tennis elbow and thi has helped strengthen my fingers and arm.

I just received this product a few days ago. I am overall satisfied that it's as advertised. The long term benefits are TBD, but I do believe it will strengthen my hands and carpel tunnel area. The finger holds are very tight as other reviews have said. They make mu fingers red and I can't do the exercise for too long- maybe 15 mins at a time. I do wish it wasn't so tight and the main reason for the 3 stars. Otherwise it's constructed well and meets my needs for the most part.

Suggeritomi dal fisioterapista, mi ha aiutato nel recupero della mobilità della mano. Poterlo avere in casa da usare ripetutamente, piuttosto che 5-10 minuti durante una seduta, è stato prezioso.

Iately I was regularly being woken up with numb fingers on my right hand and decided to do some research into the possible cause of this. I believe I have carpal tunnel as my symptoms are identical to the information I have read. I recieved this on Thursday and have only used it 4 times at this time but I have already noticed it has made a difference. Although it has not completely elevated the problem it has lessened considerably and I’m being woken less. I am really surprised and pleased with this making a difference so quickly. It is really easy to use and takes very minimal time to use. The bands loop over my fingers and thumb fairly easily and the ball is comfortable to hold. I can feel the stretch in my hand when using this and it is obviously making a difference as the pain and numbness has definitely got less. I look forward to further improvements Some other reviews I have read mentioned the bands being small for their fingers, however this isn’t an issue for me as I have fairly small hands/fingers.
