Purchased this for my college student and it is not only a great storage system on wheels for the dorm, but it has an electronic combination lock so she can keep her valuables safe without having to purchase a separate safe. Very good quality and sleek in design.

I like the fact that this cabinet was extremely well packed in the carton including plastic corner protectors. The assembly instructions, while grammatically incorrect in parts, are relatively clear and easy to follow. The construction of this cabinet is significantly better than the other two units I purchased and had to return. Drawers slide very easily and the whole front of the unit is perfectly aligned when all the drawers are closed.The reason I gave this metal cabinet 4/5 stars for Sturdiness is while apparently manufactured to very high standards, it is still thin metal and could not be compared to the strength and stability of a wood cabinet. Nevertheless, it should last me for quite some time to come.Additionally, the lock came with instructions, unlike my last purchase, and I found it easy to set up even though these instructions, like the assembly instructions, are grammatically incorrect.This must be a popular cabinet because the black version is not available on Amazon or company's website. This off-white color is actually very nice and not too bright or stark. Bottom line, I am very happy with my purchase.

Uno le con lo que es. Creo que es perfecto para un archivo con seguridad pequeño. No le doy 5 estrellas pues hubieron par de cosas que me rechinaron un poco en principio. Por ejemplo cambiar el pin es algo confuso en la descripción. Estuvimos haciéndolo como 4 personas y no entendíamos bien, hasta que bueno, se logró. Después en un mes se volvió a resetear solo el pin, ni idea de porque. Y lo otro es para que te funcione con las gavetas de abajo y no solo la primera. Tienes que apretar muy bien las gavetas inferiores. De lo contrario no bloquearán. La verdad esto no es una queja. Solo es una observación

The lock, if you enter 4-3-2-1 enter, defaults to 1-2-3-4 enter to open. I bought this to secure files in my apartment, and other items because I have had theft of items from my apartment. so this doesn't meed my needs.It's been impossible to send back, I was told I didn't need a box, and given a code, ups said they had to have a box and had to have a code, amazon said they'd get right back to me with a new label, but they had to talk to the seller again, I have been disconnected from 3 different amazon agents and it's getting harder and harder to return low quality items.

I really don't use this for files. Because I'm disabled, I keep my computer and desk out where the TV is so I can switch between interacting with family and working at my desk. I have some medicines and other items that need to be out of reach from toddler grandchildren and this works great for me. No key to worry about locating, I can turn a know and protect my medicine and other things I don't want small ones to get hold of, yet punch a few buttons and everything I need is easily available. My wife ended up getting one because she works from home and can stash work papers away from tiny hands, yet still have them available for herself. Lots of potential uses if you use your imagination, but my favorite feature is the push button code lock. The buttons have a click feel and make a beep as you push them, and an LED light flashes, so no wondering if you hit the button right.

The digital lock functionality looked like a nice feature. However, the fact that it can't be unlocked not even following the manual is disappointing. I spent over 30 minutes trying to figure it out. I gave it another chance and called their support number. It looks like it was somebody's personal number in Asia. They could not understand my questions and eventually just hung up. It is now frustrating since I have a box that is taking space in the garage.*Update Dec 23 2020*I was able to finally get in touch with tech support through Facebook messenger. I sent a video of the issue and they were able to help with troubleshoot it. Unfortunately, later I found out that the drawer had a dent at the bottom corner. Not 100% happy with my purchase, but at least they helped me with the lock issue. For that reason, I'll add one more star.
