So I never used to use any sort of mat for my baking - I'd just flour a surface and go. But after using my friend's baking mat (oldschool plastic, slid everywhere, had to hold it down in the corners from keeping it from popping up), I thought it would be helpful to have one of these for all the baking I do. Took a chance on this one, and SO GLAD that I did! This thing is worlds better than the old school baking mats that my friend has. This thing sticks to the counter, so there's no wiggling around when kneading dough. Although I store it rolled, it doesn't retain the rolled shape, so when I put it down I don't have to have hold down the corners with whatever I have handy (usually a bag of flour, the can of crisco, the loaf pan, and whatever else was handy).All in all, a fantastic purchase, well worth the money, and I can see getting years of use out of this.

Fast delivery and in excellent condition. I always have a hard time rolling dough to the correct size, now that problem is solved. Easy to use.

This baking mat is awesome - no ruler needed! Sizes are marked directly/clearly on the mat making baking projects a breeze. It is a good weight, remaining flat with no rolled-up edges.

A nice large size and very pliable. I love the ruler markings. It keeps the counters cleaner and easier to clean up that rolling on the granite.

Easy to clean and is a good quality silicone. It helps alot with my sourdough making needs. Very light weight it's foldable, rollable for easy storage. Would purchase again!

Paint is already faded but is excellent for it's intended purpose. Now I keep my baking mess right on this mat and clean up is now a breeze.
