Replacement for our 2011 Wrangler, 100% recommend
I purchased this footman's loop for our 2011 Wrangler Sport Unlimited. We bought it used and it was missing so I can't attest to if it is similar to the original part. It was easy to install. I watched a video on YouTube on how to install it easily. When you put the footman's loop into place on the hood use a piece of painters tape to keep it in place and then open the hood and finish installing. That way you don't have to hold the part on top of the hood while twisting on the nuts under the hood. So installation was easy and we're happy with the product. 100% recommend.

DON'T OVERTIGHTEN AND IT WON'T BREAK
It seems a lot of people break this while installing it. Use original nuts if you can and don't OVERTIGHTEN. I gave 4 stars because the included nuts are to small.

Be careful installing this.
The part fit as it should, but it is very fragile. The first one I ordered broke very easily. This is the second one and I installed it successfully. Looks exactly like the original one. Good thing they are cheap.I just want to add that the seller offered me a full refund, but I believe it was my fault the part broke upon installation. Just be careful installing it and everything should be just fine.
