Very Pleased With A Quality Product.
I purchased an S&P Powervent PV-150X remote mounted exhaust fan for a bathroom that I am renovating. The PV-150X fan is great but the "kit" didn't have anything to connect the 6" duct to the fan inlet and outlet. I found these rubber couplings and they were PERFECT. They fit the fan connections snuggly and the 6" duct was even tighter. The rubber used for the couplings was flexible and appears to be very durable. The stainless steel hose clamps were equally well made. Overall, the price was very fair for a quality product. And the packaging was great. They put a big foam donut in each coupling so that it would not get crushed out of shape. The rubber coupling will also help isolate any vibration when the fan is running.

A must have
Works nice wouldn't use a fan without having one one each side of fan. Great Product !! They fit nice and no coming off at anytime if put on right the first time

Great for fume venting system
An absolute must for connecting the flexible hosing to the in line exhaust fan i use for my laser engraving. If you are engraving without venting fumes you need to get this with some other things as well. Easy to install and does a great job connecting things.

Makes life a lot easier.
These are the only way to connect your in-line to your carbon filter in my opinion. Easy and easy off with a Phillips screw bit and a battery powered screw gun you can separate your filter from your fan so that you can wash your outside primary filter screen and reinstall it without taking your whole rig apart No tape required.

Quality item with a small caveat
Quality item but since it’s specifically manufactured for the connection between the carbon filter and the inline fan I believe the ac infinity team made one small error when designing this otherwise easily obtainable item from your common home improvement store. The carbon filter opening is “slightly larger” than the opening of the inline fan to allow the two to easily nest inside each other to make an otherwise solid connection if you’re not using this coupling.Once you proceed to connect the two it’s apparent that the inline fan has a few mm of space before it can be air tight once secured. The byproduct is the rubber has to bend in order to make a proper connection. It’s a minor caveat, but kinda lame nonetheless imho since you literally can go by a fernco coupling in the plumbing dept at lowes without the fancy branding for the same exact price.I bought this item assuming it was spec’d specifically for this task making it a more “precise fit”, I was wrong. All in all, I still recommend this item if you’re looking to either avoid using duct tape, or need the noise cancellation it helps provide since there is no price difference between this and a fernco coupling and you get the fancy ac infinity branding.

Eliminated the noise in our HVAC
Used this between a whole house HEPA filter and the HVAC duct. It eliminated the annoying hum.
