All the B vitamins and Folate too. I have used this product for years and now it is a part of my medical chart. It is made in the United States with GMP (good manufacturing practice) cert, 3rd party Lab tested. ingredients listed on bottle. This is what I ask for.

Comes as seen and works well for getting B vitamins. If you like capsules this is a great B-Complex supplement as it's easy to swallow but note that you will notice a noticeably yellow color in your urine as the excess B vitamins that the body did not use are leaving the body. I'll continue to buy this product and have been for a few years now, it's excellent and non-costly.

Initially gave 3 stars: I am glad the tablets are not smelly. I think this depends on the batches. yellow capsules. easy to swallow. trying to become a vegan, so just wanted daily b for energy, and cognitive function; I take it with b6, b12 (methyl variation). wish it had the absorbable kind thiamine (benfotiamine) I bought a few other supplements, out of all only this seems to help a bit. the ALAs i got are adversely affecting me.Update: Pee is yellow. Capsule works. I kinda like it. will recommend others, and purchase again.

I emailed the company about the content of B6. The first formula had a 100 mg the second formula I had 30 and this formula has 3. Check your labels, for some of the products still have 30. I acquired B6 toxicity and suffered neurological damage after years of using B6. This is now a safe level and the company did their homework, I'm very quick to respond to my inquiries. I recently switched to another all non-synthetic brand and developed severe insomnia. After switching back to this product my sleep was restored immediately. I have not found a more effective B complex out of the 40 different products I tried. My advice to stay within the RDA would B6 or you'll pay a price. When your body reaches the saturation level it is no longer water soluble, but becomes lodged in the nerves of muscles and takes years to eradicate, especially if you have a dehydrating event. Sports doctors know this and so they have their players drink Gatorade. We consume far too much B6 and our food is fortified with it. This is not a threat it is a warning.
