Budget yet Effective. Give it a try.
Definitely gives strength. Got result within 1.5 week. No taste at all tastes like mineral water. Does not damage the taste of choco whey shake if mixed. I suggest to go for it. Great Deal. No issue in digestion.Packaging is a bit off. pay attention to the zip while closing. (or go for the jar in monsoon specially)

First time creatine users
Try using glucose with it , glucon D(30 g) or something because it enhances the creatine absorption and don't worry if you mix more water just fill up a small water bottle and put a heaping scoop (3 - 5 gm) and shake for 10 ,20 seconds vigorously . And don't take it alone if you don't have glucose try it with a juice . Hope it will help .

Creatine amount per 100 grams is innacurate
The label on which amount of creatine per 100 gram was mentioned had been tampered with. There was another sticker pasted on the creatine gram per 100 gram stating 100 grams whereas when the sticker was peeled off the label shows 75 gram.Don't trust this anymore.
