This will definitely prevent rust and it is super functional. It also comes with a brush attached to the lid, and it is good quality making application a breeze. It has a really this consistency but not too thick, it's just right. Definitely worth the money!

I used so many different manufacturers over the last 50 years. Used for electrical connections in various environments, also for pneumatic and hydraulic fittings, brake pins. Used any place not needing a anti-seize or assembly lube. This is a good value for its size. Overall a best buy in my humble opinion.
