I have been using for quite a while. I would go in and out of afib and since using heart calm the episodes are a lot less frequent. I cannot say 100% it is because of these but I'm not going to stop using to find out! My choice was to try supplements for my afib before medications and so far so good.

Life changing, this product has made a positive impact on my health. I recommend trying because if it works for you, your heart health will improve.

I’ve been an Amazon customer for 15+ years but I’m not good at reviewing items, but I feel really strongly about this product and want it to help other people like it did to me, so it would be a disservice to not put a review on here.I have had anxiety and heart palpitations since I was about 17 years old, I am now 33. I started getting PVCs in my early 20s at first. It was just every once a while then progressively got worse and worse until about two years ago where I was getting them several times in hour, if not every couple beats.I was scheduled to get an ablation procedure in 2021, but I was a little bit terrified of it even though I’ve been told that it is relatively safe to do. BUT I had the most amazing cardiologist who knew how terrified I was and said let’s try one last thing and to try taking elemental magnesium, 400 g of elemental a day to be specific. That’s when I searched on Amazon and came across Heart Calm.At first I was a little bit wary because I honestly did not think it was going to work, and it took a couple months to take effect. But I can tell you as someone who has been using this product for over A YEAR for PVCs. This product helped me AVOID THE ABLATION PROCEDURE. My PVCs have decreased to the point of almost none at this point. I haven’t made any lifestyle or medication changes in the last year other than this product. I just recommended it to my grandmother who has a fib too ( which is obviously very different from my condition, and I told her to check with her doctor before she starts taking it)All I can say, is this product HAS CHANGED MY LIFE. PVCs were genuinely interfering with my life and I felt helpless and they made me very anxious. If you had similar symptoms to me, check with your doctor, but I highly recommend at least trying this product. Just remember it will take some time of taking it consistently. And this is NOT the same as other magnesium supplements, it is important that you get a good amount of ELEMENTAL magnesium, which a lot of products lack and this one doesn’t.

I had a surgery canceled because of EKG results. I had a feeling that something was up because I was experiencing mild heart racing from time to time. I did research and found that magnesium might help and when I searched Amazon and saw the good reviews I decided to try this product. The results were astonishing. No more racing heart and 30 days after my first EKG, my second EKG results were normal. I was able to have my surgery and I’m a happy camper. I’m also making lifestyle changes with diet and exercise because I don’t want to have another EKG scare AND I will continue to take this wonderful product.

About a month ago I noticed increased anxiety in my life. I then had some thing happen that seem to push things over the top to where I could no longer control my brain and palpitations took ovre my life. Day and night I am having these but especially at night of course. I was prescribed anxiety medicine, but didnt want to take it as I wanted to try the natural way. I tried this for four days before I had to stop it completely. The first day I took one and had a rush of something over me within five hours that made me sweat and in about 10 minutes it passed. I thought "Thats strange" but continued to the next day. The next day I took two. It made my mind super fuzzy like I wasnt actually here. Lights would drag slowly when I passed them. Then I had a massive headache set in. The next day I took three. Everything got worse! My heart rate stayed high and at night it made everything worse. I finally decided to come off of these. I am now going to try the anxiety medicine and stick with it in hopes everything gets better on its own. I am not sure if it was the taurine or what, but something was causing a reaction in me. I have since gone to triple calm which has no taurine or any of the extra stuff and it is actually calming me down a good bit. I would like to get a refund on this if possible.

Thought it would calm my heart a little but I didn’t do as said, I bought two bottles bc I was convinced with the recent reviews buts ok I’m still gonna take this, almost done with half my bottle doesn’t hurt to take I guess
