Great product one thing that really gets me is that the time is always wrong it’s either ahead or behind I fix it and fix it and still it will be wrong. After a couple of days it goes of time so I just deal with it. Other than that 5 stars all the way

Worked perfectly with Renegade original equipment. Very interactive with IPhone Bluetooth. Sounds better too!

Tl;Dr good but no multi-touch and while easy, there were no installation instructions.I installed this on a 2016 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk (Picture #4) and all and all it wasn't hard to install but there's some things to note.The good is that this stereo does feature full wired and wireless Android Auto/CarPlay, it does fully use the sound system with support for an upgraded system, it supports WiFi/4G connectivity, it fits well and it doesn't wobble or look out of place. I had no issue stuffing the antenna and speaker with all the other wires and finally after everything there wasn't anything spliced or poked, when I sell it I can plug the old radio in and no one would be able to tell.The bad from start to finish is no instructions, the USB harness was incorrect (another reviewer snapped the plastic, I opted to spend the $6 for a small Mini B Male to Mini B Female) and it wasn't clear that the rear camera and aux comes from the main harness and has to be plugged in using a separate but provided cable. It also wasn't clear that some of the old radio's plugs were simply not going to be used. The unit does NOT like to be removed and put back; make sure to only snap the unit in when it's ready and tested to prevent accidentally breakage the 4 plastic clips holding it in. Finally the display is not multi touch meaning things like pinch to zoom on Google Maps will not work.The software is pretty good, system reports it's only using 30% of storage (22.4 GB free) and with Android Auto running 75% of memory (484 MB free) I haven't experienced any lag, all steering wheel buttons functions and all car options are available. As a tech guy I do worry about how adding apps may slow the unit down, 2GBs is fine for it in it's factory state but it wouldn't take much to slow the unit down. The last note I'd like to make is that others were talking about boot times but my unit starts playing music faster then the old one would take to even start up, so I'd say it's a straight improvement. 😅

WOW! Jeep Renegade upgrade! I paid a guy $200 to install and he was amazed how easy it was. Took 30 mins, plug and play.. The original back up camera works, steering stereo controls and made my stock speakers sound better!

Absolutely no install instructions with the unit. Had to watch a Youtube video. Got me through the install without an issue now trying to figure out why most if not all FM channels are static, or not even coming through. Be aware. The unit seems great but if you you've never installed before and don't fell comfortable, may be overwhelming for you. Xtrons needs to included install instructions on this.

Usually I don’t bother with reviews but this is 100x better than the stock jeep uconnect. Better sound quality and can use phone gps over Bluetooth. Backup camera is a hair hazy but I might just need to clean the camera lens. Installed on jeep renegade trailhawk. 2018. Yes this unit does have climate controls, heated seats and heated steering wheel controls. I was a little bit worried about that. This is day 1 but so far 10/10. Especially since the stock unit bubbles and that’s a common problem. Also this is like $300 cheaper than the stock unit. Jeep does stand for just empty every pocket lol. There is a how to video on a review here that is also 10/10. Makes the wiring a lot less complicated.

Yep graded my partner’s 2017 renegade with beats audio with the teeny screen. This not only looks so much better, the equalizer and sound options have made the sound systemIn the car sound so great. We bought the better model for what it’s worth, this is worth the money.
