Overall, it’s a beautiful and functional set that’s well worth the investment.

Let me start by saying this company has really surpassed any expectations of a company. I bought these before closing on my new build home. Building said they’d install it for me. They changed their mind and I wanted to do it myself but the builders made it very difficult and unfortunate for me.1) the quality of this is amazing. Black color looks great. Solid feel. Valve is nice and heavy. Made with quality.2) I inquired to customer service about my situation and they tried everything in their power to help me. They helped more than Amazon, the builders and plumbers. If there is ever a chance to support and buy from this company again I 100% will.3) this set honestly costs less than any other brands out there and has better quality, better customer service and satisfaction. I did screw the shower head on and it’s nice and big with a very good amount of swivel. The swivel is not stiff but not loose and cheap feeling. If you are a builder or someone remodeling definitely go with this set.4) the instruction are outlined clearly. Everywhere before purchasing it states that you have to replace the valve. Any issues I had were at zero fault of this company or this product.

I have had the product for a few months now and I would like to say that it is a really nice shower. Firstly the way it looked stood above the rest due to it not having any grey in it. Secondly, it works well. Water shoots out strong, none of the nozzles have clogged.But most importantly, the product support has been amazing. The company support is easy to contact and on two separate occasions they sent me the parts for free when I even offered to pay. This company should be a case study on good customer support.As for the parts I replaced, one thing was something I dropped and the other was just to make sure I had a spare. Just wanted to say this so reliability is not the concern when viewing my review.

Awesome fixture. I have 2, one I used for a tile shower and capped the tub spout. The other is set up like normal. Great customer service!
