Arrived broken... Decided to keep it
Seems to be complaint I see on the reviews. Too bad! It seems well made but it's packaged in a box that is too big and the product bounces around inside and breaks. Put some packaging material in the box and this issue will go away.Received the replacement. All is well. Will keep the broken sample too... Found the 5.9 inch replacement mount for sale separately. And you cant get this model right now. Also the vent holes are spaced apart more than the window version. Will cut this one to fit my window. Its built well so thats why I will keep it and a backup for other window sizes or even a slider. Upgraded to 5 stars. Again Its well built... Thick plastic and not brittle.

Works for apartment sliding doors
Got this for my portable into and so far it’s holding up, comes with excess foam to use which is nice

The hose was a little flimsy.
The hose was bent a bit when I received the product, which made the installation a little difficult. However, I cut a little piece off the hose and it works great now.

Wrong size
The first hose fit my unit perfectly, however the 2nd hose was completely the wrong size. The window pieces are also made for huge windows apparently. Only 1 hose unit fit, but there wasn't enough room to seal with gap with the attachment and run the vent at the same time. Ended up just running the 2nd hose as just the tube through the window beside it. If you've got a specific unit, you're better off buying either from the company or ordering something else.

Bad design
Just looking at the photo….how can you possibly insert the hose adapters now?!?! They cut the ends too short that the butterfly screw protrudes in the hole for the adapters!

Way better than what comes with an ac
Works like a dream, easy to pop hoses in and out, NO GAPS!! Love these, bought two, one of my slider and one (cut to size) for my window.

After other attempts, this is the best full length sliding glass door kit
After several other kits that were flimsy, poorly designed, and would require jury rigging to make them work, I was relieved by the smart design and engineering that went into this product.The key difference is the interconnection uses a steel slider with a threaded bolt, and includes wing nuts and washers to allow you to lock the panels into position. This made all the difference.
