Worked Well In A Homebrew...
I've been brewing for 10+ years and using ingredients from Brewers Best for quite some time. They always seem to have quality product for the price you pay. I used almost the whole package in a batch I brewed and used the extra ounce or so to sprinkle over ice cream. That was a bonus as well! Would Reccommend!

Great for Homebrewing!
Decent cacao nibs for homebrewing! I would recommend blanching them in boiling water for a minute to sterilize the nibs, and also help release a lot more flavor (dump the whole mixture into the wort, once cooled of course). I have had better results with this than the oft-cited 'soak in vodka' recommendation
