comparing this with other brands, is spectacularly effective, do not give the shaking or the feeling like ants are crawling on your skin, flavor is great. only reason I don't give the 5 stars is because it sends you to the bathroom very often after drinking, (#1 in case you're wondering); it gives you a natural sensation of energy, and don't crash you afterwards.

Swapped my C4 Ripped for this product. It has more caffeine which gives me extra energy for my CrossFit workouts. The black cherry flavor tastes great! And it has beta alanine for a thermogenic effect.

I was loving this for a few days until I noticed by mid afternoon I was exaushted. Nothings changed in my routine but I would be so tired. Decided to test a different product and no afternoon crash. Did this one again for a few days and noticed a significant crash by the afternoon. I was reaching for coffee to stay awake. Not my ideal type of pre workout. I personally enjoyed the flavor. It had a great tingle, nothing too crazy but that crash was enough for me to stop using this on specific days.

I’ve always used C4, but wanted something else. This item tastes great and works within 20 mins or so. I like to do 5 min of cardio to get myself in the groove. When I hit the leg abduction, I could feel the focus setting in and I had a great work out. I tend to push myself to the limit and noticed when taking the c4, I would crash hard. It has been 3 hours since I took this pre work out and I don’t feel exhausted!

Aight so this preworkout is great. make sure not to chug it and eat a decent meal beforehand, as like most supplements.Makes me really energized and though the package is small, it lasted me a few months and its half empty rn. Great stuff ‼️🙏🙏

Good product, decent flavor, the energy it delivers is a little weak and the beta alydine hits a little, maybe I'm just addicted to caffine but it didn't really do the trick. It was on sale, it's decent I'll finish the tub but buy my usual stuff after it's out. No clumping, good value for it's price. Try it if you're on a budget for sure
