The dimensions of the board are 45mm x 18mm. 1.778" x .7086"

Does this have the ftdi floating pin bug?

Not that I know of if it is a genuine Arduino

Yes. It's ready to accept any sketches. I've run it through MANY sketches and all the ports/pins without issue.
