Fit like a glove in the C300 and improved the horsepower, not by a lot but any improvement is better than nothing, also made the car sound better.

You can install a K&N Air Filter and almost forget it. If you're like me and live in a city you may never have to clean the filter again. Every five years or so, anyways. If you live in a rural or dusty location you can definitely get more life from your engines and equipment as these filters work better the dirtier they get.

Great filters that increased airflow on my sl550 and were super easy to install

I have replaced the stock filter in my vehicles in four of the last five vehicles that I have owned. Always with great results and outcome, more power, better economy. While I waiting for the new filters to seat completely in my benz, I can tell the general improvement in intake aspiration and there seems to be a smoother transistion in power flow, we'll see after a couple more weeks. If for no other reason alone, changing to a K&N filter will save $$$$ from the dealer, every 40-50K in most benzes 40$ for the filter and 100$ for the labour, and you do this just once. And by the way, you will need two for most of the six and eight cylinder applications for this filter. My e350 took two and most of the v6 c classes will too.
