This is really my favorite chair and do get one with arms as you need it when last using or visiting with friends. I did get a addition lumbar support ,, seat is a bit hard but that will go away once I use it , I am using this and another one I'll get , same style and price for when guests come over and I'm sitting on my daybed/couch I am get a small stool as it feels good to have a place to rest them and not on the floor. Not unsure the down lever would work and right now this is perfect. I am send a stool back because it wont go. up or down and yes I sit on it and use the lever but I noticed its a iffy thing if it (lhe lever will work one way and then not go back I have one that went up and then didnt go back down no matter what I did and its still waiting to be picked up but the company is saying to sit on it and then try so back in the house if not picked up and will try again . Its a hassle to return this stuff.Really, I never see anything in the reviews that says anything about the up down lever not working but I have.,

Seems to be solidly made, and the texture of the upholstery is pleasant and smooth. Fairly no frills office chair, with adjustable height for the seat and back cushion. No controlled adjustment for firmness etc. though, as an fyi.I don’t think someone would want to sit in it for an entire work day, but for the aesthetic and the price it’s a solid choice for a light use office chair.

...it smells of chemicals REALLY badly.I bought this chair at the beginning of June, and I've had it about 6 weeks now. The chair looks nice, is comfortable (the back is low, and doesn't adjust very much, but I'm short), and was easy to assemble, however, the chemical smell is STRONG. So strong I couldn't keep it in the house for the first week.I've tried everything google recommended: Wiped with vinegar/water (three times), left in the sun to dry (4+ hours each time). Wiped with straight vinegar (three times), left in the sun to dry (4+ hours each time). Covered in baking soda overnight. After almost 2 weeks I contacted the seller for recommendations, and they were the same as google. They offered me a $30 credit to purchase leather cleaner. I purchased the leather cleaner, and have used it twice. I am now out of the 30 day return window, and as I sit in this chair today, all I can smell is the fake leather/chemical smell. It's not so strong that it gives me headaches anymore, and it doesn't fill a room like it did when I first bought it, but you do notice it before you even sit down. Everything online says the smell is caused by the material already beginning to break down, which I hope isn't the case. If you are sensitive to smells, I strongly recommend getting something else.

I have a Herman Miller chair in my office, but I I purchased this chair for my home office. The chair is not only comfortable but adjustable as well. I wanted a smaller chair than my Aeron chair and something mid-century and and adjustable. I love the color. The padding on the armrest fits my arms well. I think its a terrific and stylish chair.

The cushion came with no holes (as displayed in the instructional video) to screw in the necessary pieces in order to install. Received no communication from the seller when I reached out with my issue, even after following up.

The chair looks great and is surprisingly comfortable, even with the low back and the assembly was easy. The threads are already falling apart on the seat back cushion (see photos) and you could see screws underneath the cushioned padding on the arms.Ideal for like a movie set or photo shoot or something. Falls apart faster than you’d think, unfortunately.
