you need to take it 1/2-hour before you can eat.

I'm not sure if these work or not. I put them on monthly repeat to order and at the end of 3 months I'll take a test to see if my sugar is down or at least maintained. My fault for liking chocolate cake, apple juice and candy. Lot's and lot's of candy.

It's got a bunch of hard-to-find ingredients, and even though the doses are smaller, I figured it's better nothing at all.If you haven't been taking mineral or herbal supplements regularly, this stuff is a good way to introduce your body to some new things. It might even help with high blood glucose, but you gotta do some testing to be sure. Compare your blood sugar readings from before with the ones after taking this stuff for like 3-5 doses a day until you finish the bottle. But hey, don't expect miracles. Most supplements don't work in a way that you can easily notice.Let me tell you, buying all those herbs separately would've cost me a fortune. I usually buy powdered herbs and put them in capsules myself to save money, but it's a pain in the butt. I end up spending so much time filling those capsules while watching streaming services.Considering the variety of unusual ingredients in this product, I think it's fair to believe it's worth taking. If you ain't taking anything else and still not feeling any better, maybe you should up the dosage.
