Some of these reviews appear to be about a different product.The supplements I got are tiny.They're easy to swallow which is great.I've been taking lions mane for a while so the effects are already known... But I will say that 2 tablets per day (the recommended amount) is okay 2000mg whereas the last ones I had (nutrition geek) was double this. So I have to have 4 per day to get the same strength.
