Mailed in several days ago not even showing usps tracking in system.
The test has one swab so if you drop it your out $80. Unclear instructions mailed it out Monday through post office and 4 days later it’s not in the system yet. Just says label was created. How much extra would it cost to provide extra swabs. What if you have multiple areas you want to swab you can only pick one? Instructions very unclear if you can swab 2 areas and as a women it’s not easy to find the area to swab. I’m not sure I did it right and wondering if my test will be accurate. Very disappointed. Need a refund. 😔
