I'm livid, sick of the deception. Nice looking but it ends there. #1 Way to small, it could have been twice as deep. My old pot from Walmart died so thought I'd try this. I coukd not even fit 5 little potatoes in it for potatoe salad, I had to use it 3 times, because I do not have a stove. I looked all over the product info b4 buying, it does not tell you how many qts of liquid it holds. I tried to convert the kilos to ounces, that told me nothing.WARNING: It shows 4 settings, Off, boil, simner & low. ALL the settings are a rolling boil, very bad & DANGEROUS! BUY. AMERICAN. I'm pi$$ed right now.

Quality/Performance
Ok, I gotta say, this will be my 3rd one (not the same one) I bought different ones to test them, this one so far do the job very good, it heats up incredible, Now, once I took it out of the box I hear like a rattle sound, well, like a.loose screw or something inside, BINGO, as you can see, a bolt,,, so I plugged it in to make sure it doesn't affect the functionality of it, and it works good, also is very, very, very light, I don't have a problem with that. but you have to be careful because there are 2 issues which is too light+ the bottom which they were supposed to put some sort of rubber so it won't slip around, they didn't, so I came up with this Nivea to put on the mini legs rubber bumps,(as you can see in the puc) o man, it hold the pot very good on the surface of the table, rubber bumps are design for that, another thing I don't like is the plug, why didn't they put it in the back? that way you can use it any angle, either in left or right wall outlet, so is on the right side, bit at the end, most important, does the job great!

Terribly DISAPPOINTED
I was so excited to get this but was highly disappointed with it. The plug was weird, the 3-prongs were all flat & would NOT PLUG into the outlets. I’m so disappointed & highly highly recommend you DO NOT get this unless you have outlets that flat prongs will go in it. I’m going to check with other manufacturers.
