Silicone Case for Sony WH-1000XM5, Sony xm5 Wireless Headphones Protective case Cover, Silver

Ive had these for a month so far, and it's kept my headphones sturdy and clean. I get compliments on them and have referred some friends to buy these headphone covers! So cute and smooth :). The silver ones look light greyish/very light beige but I love how aesthetically pleasing it looks (protection is a bonus).

Design, texture, everything! They made my Sony WH look 10 times better than before. Also the material does NOT feel cheap, it is really well made. I recommend it.

I like these: the stock matte black Sony XM5's are magnets for fingerprints, etc. I wasn't sure if these would fit well and if they would/wouldn't interfere with the touch controls, but they actually look and work great!My only two complaints:1. Started out with "white" ones (the item description also says "silver") but in reality they are neither white nor silver being a more cream looking color or "dirty white" which I didn't like--ordered the blue ones which look great.2. It' be nice if the zipper pull on the headband cover would stay tucked into the zipper flaps, but it doesn't stay there for long.Overall I think these are really good at protecting the headphones and basically eliminating all the greasy fingerprints from use and protecting the headphones from scratches, without interfering with the touch controls or other buttons.

This is the most underrated item I’ve seen on Amazon. The quality is out of this world for the price, and it looks so cute on the headphones. Now I’m debating getting other colors so I can change depending on the mood and outfit. The only thing I would say is the white looks more like ivory, so if you are expecting a very white color, you’ll be disappointed.But I absolutely love the ivory look and honestly this is the Best Buy of the year for me.

I never write critical reviews on products but this one is an absolute scam. The silicon covers for the sides of the headset are cut wrong and in the first time I ever went outside with the headset both just fell of without me even noticing.In the few hours I did manage to test it the touchpad which is usually relatively reactive even to small gestures required now much more force and wasn’t comfortable to use anymore. The silicon cover also makes it very uncomfortable to press the buttons on the left sides.Overall the only positive I can say about this cover is that the color is actually quite good and the material feels pretty decent.

The zip portion of the cover is obviously secure however the ear cases are just floppy silicones that does not secure or lock into the headphones. It just flops onto the headphones and falls off easily. On my first day of putting the cover, it fell out 3 times, last one flopping straight into the public bathroom toilette as i bent over to flush. waste of money :(

Overall 5 stars!Pros1. Precise cutouts, still relatively easy to use buttons, sound quality seems unaffected.2. Still can use Sony headphone touch sensor capabilities even with this silicone cover on.3. Great value for what you get (was about $16 when purchased)4. Headphones still fit in original Sony headphones case even with silicone cover on--for transparency, the fit into the case does become more snug, of course.5. Relatively easy to install. Quick tip--line up precise cutouts first when installing.6. Protects headphones well, and silicone not too thick.Cons1. If being really nitpicky, the "white" is more of a "light grey", not white. Advertized as white at the time of purchase 7.11.2023. (Photos taken on a sheet of white copy paper for reference.) Honestly, this isn't a dealbreaker for me so I'll keep it at 5 stars. Mentioning in case anyone else cares.
