This pergola is beautiful!! It was delivered in 5 boxes (all intact). The instructions were clear and laid out in steps. No missing parts and all the holes matched up! It did take 4 people at times and took about 3 partial days to assemble. The only issue, and very minor, is the curtain. It is one big piece that you have to attach and then remove when you don't want to use it. It should be two pieces that attact to a horizontal pole so the 2 pieces can slide on the pole and can easily be opened and closed. It really isn't usable like it is. But....the pergola itself is great!!

We love it. My husband put it together in two afternoons. I helped a little. It is beautiful, sturdy, well worth it. We get so many compliments!

This is perfect for our back patio! Couldn’t be happier. It took about 4 hours to assemble and set up completely.

This only got 4 stars because I am hard to please. The structure itself seemed to be of good quality with the coating a little thin (shipping scratches were noticed). Think of the difference between a zinc coating and galvanized one... This is a thin coating that looks good. The poly panels were attractive but seemed rather thin as well. If it holds its color and beauty more than a year or two, I may come back and bump it to a 5 star. If not, the star rating will go down.Out of the box, all the pieces were there and it was packed well. Instructions were straight forward and assembly was uncomplicated. I am an advanced handyman level however. One of the boxes did require the help of my wife to move. Instructions stated 3-5 persons to assemble. I did it essentially by myself with my wife holding the 10 foot cross members when needed and helping me inch it into position for deck attachment. This would be a great parent/teen project.Assembled the cover is nice looking and seems pretty sturdy. I was looking for a light weight cover that would protect my back slider from pounding rain in the winter and hot sun in the summer. Entire structure might weigh 150 lbs (pounds) -- Perfect for not needing a bunch of extra supports. Overall, way more pleased and happy with it than expected. At this point, ya, I would buy it again and recommend it. But, time will tell if it can go the distance.

Took about 8 hours to install. Helps to have 2 people, especially for setting up the posts, but you can do it with the assistance of a ladder too. Several pieces had shipping damage but Colour Story (store) promptly shipped out replacement pieces within 2 days. Well designed. I added rubber grommets for the bottom roof screws to keep water out of the wood but it probably isn't necessary. Very happy with the lean-to gazebo and Colour Story!

Part A3 has a factory defect. Part A3 is missing the threads for the bolts (GG bolts) to screw into.Part A3 replacement without factory defect requested. Please help correct product issue. Thank you.

The product is exceptional for the cost. Took about 4 hours to put together and was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to assemble. Probably would be nice to have a little better instructions, but was enough for me to get it together. The customer service was great and really took care of an issue that I had. Will keep my eyes open for more of their products..
