Arrived broken
Item arrived broken so I cannot actually review how it worked. It arrived in a very tattered box with the wheels sticking out of the bottom. I returned it and did not reorder.

No support.
The seller doesn't answer the phone, so there is no support. The "sliders" that fit it into the window are too deep, front to back, to fit into the sides of my window and the exhaust connector doesn't fit into my window vertically at the bottom.

Not reliable
I bought this refurb unit to match the other unit I already have at my hunting cabin. It worked great for all of 3 minutes, and then started making grinding noises anytime the compressor kicked on. I’ll be returning it, and should have known better than to buy a used AC.
