We had a little difficulty at the beginning trying to use it- but now that it’s figured out- it works great!

Good, but sometimes takes several tries
I really like that this stud finder shows you the entire width of the stud; it's been really helpful in mounting TVs on the wall, because the mounts really need to be centered on the stud. That being said, it has a little bit of trouble finding the studs. About two times out of five, the lights start flashing to indicate it's having problems. Not a huge deal, as you just try again, but it can be a little annoying.

Works alright. Not as great as I thought it would be for the money. I love ryobi, but for stud finders you might find a better value somewhere else.

This thing works great!!
I really like this particular stud finder. It has operated flawlessly. Unlike others, it reveals the center of the stud so I know the width of the stud I am working with.

worked 3 times than stopped.
work 3 times great and than it flashed continuously. changed batteries, same thing. Garbage.
