Nice scale and works well with the phone app. There's a lot of good data that comes along with your weight, including BMI (Body Mass Index), Body Fat %, Muscle%, Skeletal Muscle, Visceral Fat, Bone Mass, Metabolic Age and more. Long story short - this scale has more information than you likely need but all the key ones you want to know and monitor regularly. The readout is bright and large enough for me to read without glasses, that's a plus as I remove my glasses when I get on the scale to save every ounce...The size and high weight limits make this a great scale for larger, heavier folks like myself. This needs to be used a solid flat floor, no rugs or tile floors. So this has been an excellent buy, I feel a great value compared to others I crossed-shopped it against. So this is two-thumbs up!

Information provider was very useful works great for is my first time getting one of this and honestly, I think is easy to use this size of the lettering in the scale is suitable to read and understand. I also love the color and the size is easy to put under your bed or under your furniture to store.
