Awesome for specific jobs
Pretty decent suction power. Excells at sucking up dog hair on hardwood floors. And drywall dust.Sweet portable hookup with drywall cutting saw. So, originally, I bought it for work. But, I have found it works fantastically at home for the dog hair. We have two doggies. I can sweep up the 1st floor and two sets of stairs in 15 minutes. It's a man's vacuum. Super portable, obviously. Extendable wand that gives you a excellent reach. Gets under stuff with low profile, pivoting sweeper head. Also, hepa vac. Fun to use. Only very minor drawback is the small bags. As they fill up faster than a regular vac. But, bags are cheap. And I keep an eye on that to make sure the bag doesn't get too full. Because, when the bag gets to it's capacity the suction power suffers . With all that being said, I love this vacuum, and actually enjoy doing this chore. Coupled with the vac, I have a dual charger and two batts. Perfect solution for my situation. I vac the floors every other day and the wife loves me for it. FYI, make sure the bag connector is well seated. Also, I found it easier to disconnect the wand from the vac before taking it off an storing it. Expensive, yes, probably spent $800 total. Was it worth it, absolutely. This is my first time spending the time writing a review for anything, so that says something.

Too small
The bag is pathetically small. Dang near useless.

A little more power would be nice
I like the vacuum, it would rate 5 stars if it were a little more powerfull

Cordless vaccum review
We like that it's very lightweight and cordless but the batteries die within an hour and the suction is not all that great. Were we save time on dragging a cord we make up for with having to go over an area repeatedly.

Ok vac but needs to suck better for the price
Great handy vac.. that’s the plus side.. down side is they don’t have great suction . You think Mikita could compete with other vacs but I guess there engineer designers and only do impacts;( needs better suction and maybe a motorized head to help pull dirt up. Over price for what you get I think but I’m keeping it.. note that the clothe throw away bags get way better suction than the reusable one. Usable one sucks and plugs up airflow very fast.. use the paper bags and just dump out the trash and reuse the bag.. I use my big shop vac to suck out the bag and I can use the same bag 10 x .. Reusable ones just sits on the shelf
